We are building more than a restaurant. K-Ramen Studio is a K-Culture F&B company connecting Korean food, culture, music and experience — beginning in Da Nang and growing toward the world.

Lunch centers on ramen and K-Street Food. At dinner, selected residential sites may offer shabu-shabu while GO! An Lạc plans budae-jjigae.

Founder Introduction

W. Alex Choi

W. Alex Choi has operated the accounting firm W. Alex Choi, CPA, P.C. in Atlanta, Georgia for over 30 years. He is also the founder of PromiseOne Bank and served for many years as Chairman of the Board.

After traveling to more than 100 countries and observing diverse cultures and the food-service industry firsthand, he conceived K-Ramen Studio: a new way for people to experience and remember Korea.

The Founder is building K-Ramen Studio for purpose, not personal wealth. He takes no salary or dividends, and the company shares will be neither sold nor inherited.

A business built to keep giving.

The Hwanhee Foundation is planned for future establishment. “Hwanhee” combines Hwan-young, the Founder’s name, and Hee-yeon, his wife and lifelong partner who has supported this project throughout their life together.

After its establishment: 5% for local communities. 5% for the Hwanhee Foundation.

K-Ramen Studio shares will never be sold to anyone or passed down as an inheritance. The goal is to build a system in which the company continues to operate and give back even after the Founder is gone.

Our K-Food

Dinner follows the neighborhood: shabu-shabu at selected locations and budae-jjigae planned for GO! An Lạc. Shabu-shabu offers ramen or rice noodles as add-ons; budae-jjigae offers ramen noodles. We are testing kimchi kimbap, bulgogi kimbap, mini kimbap, cheese tteokbokki and rose tteokbokki. New items, prices and photos will be confirmed after store testing is complete.
